Wine importer located in Manhattan is looking to add a customer care representative and office assistant to its office team.
The Qualified Candidate:
- General customer care duties
- Check state websites to make sure customers are not on COD with state
- Enter in orders (data entry), must be accurate and done in time for daily batches
- Must be comfortable answering phones, and taking orders directly over the phone.
- Updating weekly inventory for the sales team
- Processing Montcalm credit applications for new customers
- handle warehouse mis picks on order, issue credits to customers where necessary
-Prepare Samples for Sales reps, UPS when necessary.
- Assisting Sales team with printing out marketing materials for Samples
- Maintain organized Sample room, transferring in missing items when necessary
-Must be able to lift 40lbs
Candidate should also be willing to assist with compliance issues and/or other office projects.
Seeking a candidate that is organized, self-motivated, and most importantly a team player; we are a small office looking for someone eager and willing to assist on many aspects of the daily office functions.
Salary commensurate with experience; we are open to training the right candidate.
