This opportunity is to step in and support our Content Manager across our brands and the across the company.
VINTUS is the US importer and national marketing company for a portfolio of leading wine estates from around the world including Chateau Montelena, Iron Horse Vineyards, Ponzi Vineyards, E. Guigal, Champagne Bollinger, Chateau Minuty, Chateau La Fleur-Pétrus, Domaine Chanson, Lucien Le Moine, Domaine des Baumard, Ornellaia, Masseto, Le Macchiole, Tommasi, Sandrone, Masciarelli, Quinta do Noval, Errazuriz, Finca Decero, Dog Point Vineyard, among others.
This position will report directly to the Content Manager.
The priority activities include, but are not limited to the following:
Work with the Content Manager on short-term and long-term digital and hard copy projects
Merchandising: proactively maintain and update technical sheets, shelf talkers and sell sheets in consultation with brand managers, and work with Content Manager on special merchandising projects
Create and maintain website pages for new wines/vintages/scores/news and edit with updated vintage information in consultation with brand managers
Compose presentation decks, digital advertisements, email and social media campaigns
Create and maintain brand-specific Google Drive folders for non-public marketing materials
Coordinate all printing operations (in-house and with outside vendors)
Manage the packaging and shipment of important samples and materials for press, sales managers and other key contacts
Requirements:
Proven creative abilities
Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Drive and other applications as needed
A self-motivated, positive, energetic attitude
Ability to work independently as well as proven ability to excel in a team environment
Ability to work with speed and efficiency, without sacrificing quality
Exceptional organizational and analytical skills
Located in the New York metropolitan area
Ability to lift 40 pounds
Excellent references
Ideally a knowledge and passion for fine wine
