Compliance Administrator (Wine Jobs: Management & Administration)

Domaine Select Wine & Spirits, LLC is looking for an organized and highly efficient Compliance Administrator to join our growing Operations team. This role requires collaboration with Supply Chain Supervisors as well as outsourced compliance vendor to ensure effective communication and deliverables.

Essential Functions: 
•  Prepare and submit brand registrations, renewals and label changes to state liquor boards
•  Prepare and submit labels to the Federal Government (COLA)
•  Prepare and submit formulas to the formulation side of the Federal Government 
•  Responsible for all federal and state compliance including licenses, renewals and related files
•  Maintain a database of licenses and expiration dates, including filing procedures and instructions.
•  Responsible for TTB label approvals
•  Maintain a database of state brand registrations and expiration dates
•  Process and maintain permits for applicable employees as necessary
•  Coordinate bond requirements in support of licenses and issuance with insurance broker

Requirements: 
•  Minimum two years of experience with all government, regulatory, and compliance requirements for firm in wine and spirits industry
•  Attention to detail and accuracy is essential
•  Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•  Excellent research skills
•  Ability to work with minimal supervision
•  Strong computer skills are a MUST (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
•  Requires a bachelor's degree in a related area
•  Ability to balance multiple demands, prioritize tasks and retain clear focus
