Monsieur Touton Selections is currently seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our Information Systems department and assist in the support and maintenance of various business reporting and data management applications.The ideal candidate is organized, able to manage multiple priorities, has computer proficiency, and experience in a Business Analyst capacity.
The job entails:
1. Data Management 2. Maintain various data interfaces with trade partners.
3. Match data sets from multiple sources.
4. Clean up existing data.
5. Documentation.
6. Review and update existing documentation.
7. Compile information to create new documentation.
8. Maintain a documentation library.
9. User training and support.
10.Provide training to end users on various applications.
11. Assist users with communicating issues or projects to IT.
12. Manage incoming support requests.
Requirements:
1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
2. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
3. Understanding of ERP Systems, databases and Enterprise Reporting systems.
4. Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications for developers.
5. Very strong skills in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables and complex formulae.
6. Enjoy working in a fast paced, high volume environment.
Nice to have:
Experience in the wine or liquor industry.
Knowledge of Altassian Jira or similar project and issue management tools.
