Aviva Vino is currently looking for a professional with experience in administration & marketing preferably in the Wine or Liquor Industry.

The main duties associated with this position are: 

  • AR Management
  • Everyday administrative and customer service duties
  • Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems
  • Creation of sales reports for sales team

·       Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations

  • Managing the company’s Facebook accounts and 750 account

We are looking for someone with the following qualifications:

·       Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and professionalism is needed.

·       Experience using Quickbooks

·       Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with an emphasis on Word, Excel and PowerPoint. 

·       Common sense, good work ethic and reliability.

·       Must be able to follow instructions, yet exercise independent judgment, set goal and work well independently.

·       Professional appearance and demeanor.
