The primary responsibility for a Sales Rep at Ajax Turner Company, Inc. is to use your passion for the wine and spirits industry to build relationships with new and existing customers by using your knowledge and skills to increase sales volume.
3 plus years of experience selling in the beverage industry.
Knowledge of wines and spirits a must. Including varieties, regions, taste profiles and food and beverage parings.
Must have desire to build upon experiences and knowledge of the industry.
Knowledge of wines, spirits and beer. This position will sell the company's entire portfolio of products with the major focus on wines and spirits.
Knowledge and experience with cocktails and mixes a plus.
Must be able to build relationships with current customers and develop new customer relationships.
Will service on and off premise accounts.
Excellent communication skills are a must.
Must be able to work independently and have reliable transportation.
Set up tasting with customers. May require some evening and weekend work to strengthen customer relationships and build sales volume.
Base salary plus commission. Sales incentives are also included. Fuel allowance provided.
