Hagafen Cellars is a fun, small, busy, owner run and operated, family winery on the Silverado Trail just outside the town of Napa. We have fabulous wines and an amazingly fun team and want to add you to it! We have a need for a 4-day (32 hour) a week Assistant Wine Club Coordinator / Tasting Room Team Member with open availability, weekends a must, holidays, and some outside events and pourings.
For the Tasting Room Team Member portion of the job we are looking for a person with a combo of the following:
• sales experience
• wine knowledge
• lots of personality
• local knowledge
• eager and willing to learn attitude
• able to lift 40 lbs
• loves people
• enjoys working in a busy team-oriented, fast paced environment
• can multi-task
• has no fear of public speaking
• can talk to anyone from anywhere
• is a good listener
• likes to wear lots of “hats”
• can sell without being pushy
• has passion for life and what they are doing
• can laugh and have fun while still getting the job done
• plus all the duties that one would normally associate with a tasting room position
For the Assistant Wine Club Coordinator portion of the job we are looking for the above and:
• experience with phone customer service
• ability to do data entry
• marketing experience or interest
• willing to learn or knowledge of mass mail/email promoting
• social media know-how
• WineDirect knowledge a plus
