Tasting Room / Social Media / Outreach (Wine Jobs: Wine Retail & Sommelier)

Hagafen Cellars is a fun, small, busy, owner-run-and-operated family winery on the Silverado Trail just outside the town of Napa. We have fabulous wines and an amazingly fun team and want to add you to it!

We have a need for a full time Tasting Room Team Member / Outreach Coordinator / Social Media Guru / Jack of all Trades!

Our tasting room has been thriving since 2001, and we are ready to take our business to the next level! Because we are small, we all wear a lot of hats: you’d be helping promote our winery to the community, creating an amazing experience in our vibrant tasting room, and bringing up our presence on social media. We are looking for someone with experience who’d like a new challenge in a great setting.

Must have:
•    Tasting room experience (or other related field)
•    Sales experience
•    Wine knowledge
•    Lots of personality
•    Local knowledge
•    No fear of public speaking

•    Can talk to anyone from anywhere
•    Is a good listener
•    Can sell without being pushy

•    …Plus all the duties that one would normally associate with a tasting room
•    Be able to lift 40 lbs

Preferred Experience
•    Ability to do data entry
•    Marketing experience or interest
•    WineDirect, Publisher, InDesign, Excel, and Photoshop experience is a plus
•    Has worked both bar and seated tastings
