Bouchaine Vineyards is looking for a driven, conscientious, organized, and skilled team member to coordinate between our sales and shipping departments. Experience with the Wine Direct program, UPS and FedEx label printing, and winsome phones skills are a must. This role will serve as a high-pressure conduit between sales and order fulfillment. Enthusiasm is a must, diligence too, as the job requires the ability to handle several roles at once: email and phone requests, order tracking, shipping fulfillment, and returns.
