Wine Service Cooperative provides quality storage facilities, receiving, shipping, consumer direct fulfillment, and transportation services to member wineries. We are seeking a highly motivated Order Coordinator to join our team.
Order Coordinators are responsible for processing wine orders, pick sheets, and club line orders for various member wineries in the Napa Valley. Order Coordinators oversee the administration of all orders ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. Order Coordinators provide excellent customer service, and manage all clerical responsibilities related to the packaging, shipment, and receipt of wine and non-wine items.
What You Will Do:
• Process member wine orders
• Respond to emails and telephone calls
• Prepare wine order documents, pick sheets and club line instructions
• Make shipping arrangements to determine best route and rates
• Track damaged or lost packages/shipments
What You Will Need:
• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills
• Instinctive customer service skills
• Excellent organizational skills; able to prioritize and exceed goals
• Willingness to work under pressure with high personal integrity
• Minimum of two years of data entry experience
• Proficient using Excel and Outlook
• Bilingual is a plus
