Alpha Omega Collective is opening a new space downtown Napa, showcasing wines from all 3 of our brands including; Alpha Omega, Perinet, and Tolosa. 

We are on the search for our inaugural crew who will be the pioneers of the new space, helping to open the doors and create the ultimate hospitality experience. 

We are looking for passionate, self-motivated, customer-focused professionals who are seeking growth and new challenges!

 

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of tasting room, restaurant or equivalent experience.
  • Knowledge and passion for wine, food and hospitality
  • Excellent customer service and sales skills
  • Team player. Willing to step into a variety of tasks to contribute to the overall goal.
  • Grace under pressure. This will be a brand-new business, with challenges and moments of stress. Can you have fun amongst the chaos?
  • Ingenuity
  • Accurately handle POS transactions.
  • Knowledge of WineDirect is a plus.
  • Ability to work weekends and evenings
  • Ability to lift 30 lbs
