The Wine Foundry is a custom crush facility in southern Napa. We are expanding and seeking additional members of our production crew.
The general job scope includes:
Barrel Topping of finished wine
Barrel washing/SO2 and general barrel maintenance
Rackings and transfers of juice and wine
Filtration
Wine treatment
Inoculations (Primary and ML) and additions to juice and wine during harvest
Pumpover and punch downs of red ferments during harvest
Draining and pressing of tanks, including shoveling pommace
Perform Sanitation procedures
Forklift Operation
QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidates must have strong communication and literacy skills
Experience with forklift operations a must
EXPERIENCE:
4 years of Winery experience is minimum
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Candidate must be able to lift 60 lbs and work on their feet for long hours
