Role and Responsibilities
· Knowledge of bottling line operations and equipment
· Must be able to run and maintain mobile bottling line
· Be able to troubleshoot bottling line equipment under pressure
· Must be flexible to work possible overtime and Saturdays
· Traveling required - mostly in Sonoma and Napa Counties
· Work is performed in our mobile bottling trailers
· Must be able to stand for long periods of time
· Able to handle changes in temperature and loud noises
· Maintain safety procedures around machinery
· Must be able to carry/lift 25-50 lbs.
· Comfortable talking with winemakers and winery personnel/good communication skills
· Remain professional in all interactions with team members, clients, and vendors
· Must have basic electrical skills
· Assist with routine maintenance on bottling equipment
Qualifications and Education Requirements
· High School Diploma or GED
· 3+ years’ experience preferred
· Current driver’s license
Preferred Skills
· Preferred to live locally to the Solano, Napa and Sonoma areas and can travel to job sites
· Attention to detail, organization and sanitation on-site
· Eager to learn and require limited supervision
