You should bring:

- Experience in the wine industry in constomer-facing roles
- Proven problem-solving ability with a heart of service
- Technology-savvy with at least intermediate Excel skills
- Ability to multi-task such as entering data while on the telephone
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ambitious and focused personality
