WINE CLUB COORDINATOR

Full-Time, Non-Exempt

Immediate Hire for Qualified Applicants - send us your resumé today!

Our Santa Clara County Winery, located in the Morgan Hill/Gilroy Area, is growing and we’re looking to find the right fit to join our team.

We are looking for a service-oriented, customer-centric professional who is passionate about delivering world-class, concierge-level care to our wine club enthusiasts and valued guests.

Reporting to the owner and working closely with the Events Coordinator, Marketing Consultant, and the Tasting Room Manager, the Wine Club Coordinator will spend most of the time on the computer, while also helping in the tasting room on occasion, and leading the wine club quarterly shipments.

The right fit for our Wine Club Coordinator will have the following attributes:

  • A true interest in the World of Wine - we’re not asking you to be an expert, but be open and enthusiastic in learning the multifaceted and multi-dimensional nuances of the libation that has earned fans and fanatics in every corner of the globe
  • A love of multi-tasking, office-skills expertise, and the ability to juggle priorities - coordinating with the marketing and events manager on projects and presentations for club member events, utilizing MS Office skills to maintain accurate customer database information, producing reports, and operating the POS system on a regular basis
  • An enthusiastic initiative to learn existing and new operating systems, including industry-specific platforms, and an inherently critical-thinking, solutions driven desire for continuous learning/development

We are an established vineyard. Our philosophy is simple: “ bottle by bottle, vintage by vintage, to capture the “music of the vineyard”.” We take great pride in what we do, are committed to continue growing and producing some of California’s finest, and delivering a quality product to our loyal customers, most especially our valued wine club members.

Our daily goal is to make excellent wines and provide excellent customer service for every visitor. Our Wine Club is the heart of our operation, our members deserve the best support we can provide, and the Wine Club Coordinator is critical for our continued success.

To be successful in this role, you will be efficient, motivated, organized, and energetic, with great attention-to-detail and follow-through. Additionally, you:

  • Can demonstrate proven, strong MS Office, POS and general office experience
  • Have significant experience and expertise in Social media (Facebook; Twitter; Instagram; Pinterest), maintaining website and website ecommerce stores, and possess proven writing skills for social media and printed materials
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs. (a case of wine)

This is a full-time position, working Monday through Friday. Some flexibility to work events during evenings and weekends is expected. We offer a competitive wage and provide health (medical, dental, vision) and paid time off benefits.

If you meet our top 3 requirements, we will contact you, so please send us your resumé to start the dialogue ASAP.
