Seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Marketing Manager. This role will report to and support the Marketing Director and all associated brands. The DTC Marketing Manager will drive ecommerce/DTC efforts and fulfillment, and strategically execute programs for new customer acquisition, conversion, and sales through this channel. The DTC Marketing Manager will manage a variety of projects including the production and administration of sales support collateral, event and donation deliverables, and press sample coordination and tracking.

Responsibilities:

1. Brand Support

-Manage inventories and production of brand assets (print and physical)

-Regular audit/QA of brand websites

2. Sales Team Support

-Coordinate with sales team to send out samples and marketing collateral needs

-Supply team with new and revised sales tools and assets

-Maintain DropBox Sales Materials folder

-Support sales team with in store tasting tracking

3. PR

-Manage key publications scoring tracker, coordinates samples and collateral for press

-Coordinate wine sample delivery for critics and events

-Manage event registration, logistics and execution

-Coordinate donations

-Manage/attend consumer events (including weekends)

4. DTC

-Manage DTC POS operations

-Manage internal DTC compliance

-Manage internal DTC merchant process

-Develop marketing strategies and activation to maximize DTC sales

-Management of DTC customer list

-Oversee order processing and fulfillment for all direct sales

-Manage shipping materials inventory

-Communication with customers and the resolution of any order issues

-Respond to email consumer inquiries 7 days a week

-Work with Operations for inventory management of DTC

5. Administrative

-Other duties as assigned

-Provide support to Director of Marketing and CEO

Qualifications & Specific Skills:

-Proven high quality and high efficiency output (deliverables)

-Proficient in Microsoft Office with preferred proficiency in Adobe Creative Office Suite, Photoshop, and Mailchimp platform

-Wine industry knowledge or related experience

-Ability to effectively multi-task

-Working knowledge of inventory and POS systems

-Working knowledge of wine retail channel and three-tier system

-Proactively solves challenges

-Effective time management and ability to prioritize essential business initiatives

-Strong team member and contributor and also thrives as an independent thinker

-Works well under pressure and adapts accordingly to tight timeline/deadlines

-Available to work flexible hours, including weekends

-Position is located in Menlo Park, CA
