Founded in 1998 by Scott and Lisa Neal, Coeur de Terre Vineyard, located in the McMinnville Foothills, specializes in producing Organically Grown Estate focused Pinot Noir. Coeur de Terre or “Heart of the Earth” is known for its geologic diversity and the wines that reflect the unique terroir of the McMinnville AVA.
Our Team is looking for enthusiastic, energetic and hardworking individuals to join our Direct to Consumer team. Experience in Hospitality and/or Restaurant Customer Service is a plus. Knowledge of fine wine from the North Willamette Valley required.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Daily tasting room operations. Open, closing, cleaning..
• Provide educational and personalized experience for our guests and club members.
• Generate sales and wine club sign ups
• Shipping and packaging orders.
• Support our Great Coeur de Terre Team and embrace the CdT Brand Ambassador.
Qualities:
• Enjoys Customer service, hospitality, and sales.
• Knowledge and interest in wine, geology of the region. Desire to learn more every day.
• Have a flexible schedule and be able to work weekends, some holidays, off-site events as needed.
• Team and result oriented.
• Can do attitude.
Requirements:
• Applicants must be at least 21 years old.
• OR Liquor Pouring permit (required) and Food Handlers Card (preferred).
• Able to consistently lift and carry 45lbs; stand for long periods of time.
• Basic computer skills, familiarity with IPAD and able to work on a web based POS system.
• Positive and enthusiastic attitude!
