Job Summary:
Monsieur Touton Selection Ltd. is currently seeking an Inventory Coordinator to maintain our internal database of wines with the most up-to-date technical and marketing information, manage inbound sample shipments from overseas, and help streamline the product onboarding and setup process. This position will focus strongly on facilitating cross-departmental communication between our Purchasing, Compliance, and Graphics departments.
Monsieur Touton Selection Ltd. has its headquarters in Manhattan, New York. We are a global resource for 4000+ premium wine and spirits, sourcing from over 20 countries. While we work with a distributor network in 46 states, we also operate direct distribution in 10 states: New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, Delaware, DC/Maryland, Virginia, North Carolina, and Florida.

Duties/Responsibilities:
· Review internal database, vet products with inadequate technical and marketing information, reach out to suppliers for relevant images and technical data
· Coordinate new product setup between Purchasing, Compliance, and Graphics departments
· Update products with scores by relevant industry magazines as they are published
· Maintain in-office Samples stock
· Review slow-moving items and escalate issues to management
· Maintain closeout list
Required Skills/Abilities:
· Basic knowledge of import logistics
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Excellent interpersonal skills: must be able to work as part of a team and communicate proactively
· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft office suite
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related fields
1-2+ years’ Logistics or related experience
1-2+ Years’ Experience in Wine and Spirits and related industries, including but not limited to:
· Retail or restaurant sales
· Import/distribution
· Wine industry PR or publications
Foreign language: French (highly preferred), Italian, or Spanish is a plus
WSET or Similar wine diplomas favored, but not required.
