L’Ecole No 41 is one of the most prominent and visible Walla Walla Valley wineries with national and international distribution of award-winning wines.
We are looking for energetic and reliable people to join us for our 2019 crush. Harvest positions will touch all aspects of cellar work, from fruit receival through barrel work. Team members will be exposed to a wide range of wine making activities and techniques and have the opportunity to work with one of the most highly regarded wine making teams in Washington State. L’Ecole is a respected, professional environment. Harvest positions require full-time plus overtime availability, 6+ days per week, and may start as early as mid-August and may continue through mid-November.
Job Requirements
• Passionate about doing what it takes to get the job done
• Ability to work 6+ days/week, up to 12 hours/day for sustained multiple weeks.
• Hard-working and self-motivated, with a positive attitude • Highly efficient with his/her use of time, with an ability to safely multitask to meet a demanding schedule
• Ability to work within a team, with necessary urgency and diligence • Physical fitness with the ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs • Possession of a valid driver’s license • Forklift experience preferred • Previous cellar experience preferred
