As a 1629 Club Manager at Casa Rondeña Winery, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the guest experience and ensuring the success of our exclusive wine club. This position offers the unique opportunity to develop your career with us, with the potential to evolve into the role of General Manager for the winery.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Wine Club Management:
- Oversee all aspects of the 1629 Wine Club, including member acquisition, retention, and satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategies to grow the wine club membership.
- Coordinate club events and promotions.
- The 1629 Club and Restaurant is open to our members, 4pm - 9pm, Wednesday - Sunday.
2. Food and Beverage Experience:
- Leverage your two years of Food and Beverage experience to enhance the culinary offerings at the 1629 Club.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create menus and curate food pairings that elevate the tasting experience.
- Running kitchen service, ordering and liaising with suppliers.
3. Member Relations:
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that guests have a memorable visit.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
4. Staff Management:
- Supervise and train staff.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
5. Reporting and Budgeting:
- Prepare weekly reports to owner.
- Controlling food costs.
- Assist in budgeting and financial planning.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of two years of experience in Food and Beverage Management.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed.
- Passion for wine and a desire to continuously learn about the industry.
- Enthusiasm for the potential to evolve into the role of General Manager for the winery.
