JuJu Labs—creator of Next World Wines and the groundbreaking Balloon N’ Barrel™ program—is redefining what the modern wine experience can be. We’re blending science, storytelling, and culinary artistry to transform boutique wineries into next‑generation luxury brands. Now, we’re looking for a visionary General Manager to help lead this movement.
What You’ll Do
- Drive growth and profitability across boutique winery partnerships, overseeing P&L and delivering extraordinary wine and culinary experiences.
- Build and nurture strategic relationships with wineries, chefs, hospitality partners, and luxury event collaborators.
- Lead with purpose, inspiring a high‑performing team and cultivating a culture of innovation, excellence, and hospitality.
Who You Are
- Anentrepreneurial, hands-on leaderwith experience in wineries, hospitality, or luxury consumer brands.
- Astrategic thinkerwith strong P&L management skills and a proven ability to scale programs or operations.
- Deeply connected within the wine community and passionate about elevating the guest experience.
Pay: $40,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Los Gatos, CA 95032
