Joimo Kombucha in downtown Los Angeles is looking for passionate people to join our team and grow our business! We introduced our kombucha in September 2025 and are ready to ramp up sales.

The Role

What You’ll Be Doing

The Sales Representative is responsible for sales related activities including, but not limited to the following:

  • Identify and pursue wholesale sales opportunities
  • Identify and pursue opportunities that would increase consumer sales, including but not limited to in-person sampling events
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesale accounts to drive repeat business and brand loyalty
  • Conduct in-person visits, tastings, and product demos to introduce kombucha and other Joimo products to promote and educate customers
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and pitching to closing, deliveries, and customer service
  • Collaborate with the brewery team to create an appropriate production plan to ensure availability of products
  • Track sales activity, pipeline progress, and customer interactions
  • Gather feedback from customers and communicate insights to management and brewery team
  • Represent the brand at events, including professional conferences, pop-ups, tastings, etc.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends within the beverage and wellness space

Other

  • Participating in company events, as needed
  • Other duties as assigned

Essential Skills and Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in wine, spirits, tea, or beer sales related role(s).
  • Ability to transport packages across the greater Los Angeles area and attend sales meetings.
  • Familiarity with kombucha, brewing process, market trends.
  • Ability to build relationships with store owners, distributors, and customers through clear and persuasive communication.
  • Experience prospecting new clients, closing deals, and maintaining long-term business relationships.
  • Ability to work independently, meet sales targets, and stay motivated in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of working with grocery stores, cafes, restaurants, and distributors.
  • Ability to track sales activity, manage pipelines, and provide regular performance reports.
  • Willingness to work occasional weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed, such as for monthly brewery tasting room/order pick-up hours or off-site events
  • Ability to troubleshoot, meet deadlines, and be punctual

Job Specifications

● Full time, Monday through Friday, scheduled 8-hour shifts, occasional overtime and weekends

● Work to be performed in-person on-site and off-site

  • $20-30/hr

● The actual rate of pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
