Position Summary

The Wine Club Coordinator will support the Wine Club Manager with a variety of tasks including but not limited to club administration and data entry, customer service, customer orders, and events. Must be detail oriented, passionate about providing excellent customer service, a strong team player, and excited about the wine industry. This role support the Wente Vineyards wine clubs.

Essential Duties include but are not limited to:

• Wine Club Administration 
• Customer Service & Shipping 
• Telephone Campaigns & Club Marketing Support
• Tasting Room Events 

The Ideal Candidate will possess:

• Passion and excellence with attention to detail and customer service
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
• Comfortable with learning new technology
• Professional demeanor with a positive, enthusiastic and a proactive “get in there” attitude
• Must be a team player - able to encourage and cooperate with team members
• Excitement and interest in the wine industry
• Must be able to lift the equivalent of one case of wine / promotional materials.
• Ability to sit or stand for potentially long periods of time throughout the workday. 

Sucessful candidates must possess a valid driver’s license, must be at least 21 years of age and able to work a weekly schedule of 25 - 30 hours which may include some evenings and weekends.
