Walnut Ridge is a small, family owned and operated winery in the newly established LLT Sub AVA in the Southern Willamette Valley. Our small team works together to run daily operations in and around our charming and intimate tasting room positioned in the heart of our vineyard. Our family has deep roots in agriculture and extends story-telling, strong connection and great hospitality to our guests.

We are seeking a part-time tasting room associate with an energetic personality, outgoing and a passion for all things Wine! Our ideal candidate has strong customer service & hospitality skills to provide a memorable experience for all guests.

Duties & Key Responsibilities (not limited to):
- Provide Excellent Customer Service
- Create a fun and engaging environment for our guests
- Educate Customers about Walnut Ridge Wine & History
- Restocking of Wine & packing orders for shipment.
- Assist with Special Events
- Learn basic kitchen duties including preparing small food plates, busing, dishwashing, etc.
- Maintain efficient and clean work environment (including tasting room, kitchen, outdoor space etc.)
- Opening and Closing of Tasting Room facility
- Other varied tasks as assigned

Education/Training/Experience
- Prior experience in Food, Beverage, hospitality industries is required
- Must have a positive attitude & ability to work within a team environment
- Outstanding communication skills
- Ability to Stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Availability to work weekends & holidays
- Current Drivers License
- Servers Permit & Food Handlers Card will be needed (these can be applied for on the job)
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Minimum of 20 hrs per week availability
- Must be Social, Well Dressed, & Dependable
- Love for New Orleans is a plus :-)
