Sales Consultant for the Hilton Head area. We are looking for an energetic, independent person for Route Sales, Delivery and Merchandising in the assigned territory.
**This position requires a self-starter attitude, the ability to operate with minimal supervision… it is also driving intense/heavy.

Responsibilities:
-Sell wines represented by Grapevine within the assigned account base
-Meet established weekly, monthly, and yearly goals
-Work with the existing customer base to maintain and grow business
-Work with new stores as they open to ensure our wines are included in the sets and properly displayed
-Work at store resets as scheduled
-Communicate regularly with customers, the office, and management
-Participates in wine education programs, hosts wine dinners and pouring events, which includes tasting of wines.
-Work with the accounting department to resolve payment issues within the territory
-Works with the District Manager and Sales Director to monitor sales growth and market penetration with the use of monthly reporting tools.
-Work with the warehouse to coordinate product delivery
-Attends meetings and functions. Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
-Wine experience (sales) highly preferred
-Able to work days, occasional weekends as required
-Interested in learning about wine
-Able to pass a state mandated background check
-Proven customer service skills
-Excellent writing skills
-Goal oriented
-Able to lift 45 lbs. repeatedly
Compensation:
