Trade Sales and Distribution Manager

This position will oversee the developing, executing, monitoring, and accelerating the selling of our products through our trade and distribution channels. You will lead a small team to ensure that daily operations are successful and effective.

Pay
Is depending on experience, but our company is dedicated to being competitive in the market with our total compensation package.
What you’ll do
- Execute direct to trade sales strategy development
- Provide insight and leadership for product strategy relative to direct to trade sales and visit our accounts face to face
- Develop strategic plans for our distribution channel
- Oversee accounts receivable and accounts payable for distribution
- Responsible for the financial budget of trade sales and distribution
- Provide timely feedback and daily leadership to the trade sales and distribution team
Who you are:
- 5+ years of experience in Distribution, Trade Sales, or related field required
- Knowledge of the alcohol beverage industry preferred
- Available to travel to accounts weekly, approximately 20% of the time
- People leadership experience is required
- Ability to establish priorities and think on the spot
- You have the ability to multitask and have attention to detail
