Wine Club Sales Manager (Wine Jobs: Sales & Marketing)

We are looking for a motivated and positive self-starter who will work well with our small and cohesive team to take our Wine Club to the next level.

The successful candidate will be an expert at providing beyond expectation customer service, be very organized and able to effectively manage broad duties, and have the drive to sell and promote the Club and our winery business in general.

Specifically this person will demonstrate success by:

-Growing Wine Club membership dramatically by designing and implementing industry best practices, maximizing onsite conversions and undertaking creative marketing programs, as well as hands on selling.

-Retaining existing club members through customer engagement, consistent follow-up and outstanding customer service, resulting in increased sales and longevity of membership.

-Work with and assist management throughout the year for Club specific events, and occasional off-site events as a wine club representative.

Specific requirements:
-Self-starter, clear communicator, positive team player, multi-tasker, highly organized

-Effective salesperson

-Positive and flexible attitude

-Wine knowledgeable

-Familiar with the Virginia Wine Industry

-Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
