Korbel Champagne Cellars, located in the picturesque Russian River Valley, has been a long-standing California Champagne establishment in Sonoma County since 1882. With thousands of tourists visiting every year, our winery is nothing short of a beautiful and informative winetasting and culinary experience for every customer who walks on our property.
Our Winery is looking for an Assistant Winemaker to work closely with the winemaking team to produce a variety of premium sparkling wines and brandy. Position is responsible for managing laboratory operations and supervising technicians. Other duties include organizing and taking part in blending and experimental trials, processing work orders and tracking cellar operations. This position involves all aspects of wine production including occasionally working with the public to represent Korbel.
We are considering candidates with a minimum of three years winery experience combined with a degree in enology or related technical discipline.
