The product fulfillment specialist will assist the beer, wine, and spirits department by being available on the floor.  Helping customers is the number one priority of this position.  Stocking product and product knowledge is the second priority of this position.

Essential Duties:

•  Provide friendly, prompt, efficient, and courteous guest service
•  Must be self-motivated, energetic and customer service oriented
•  Customer Service – Manage difficult or emotional customer situations: Responds promptly to customer needs: Responds to requests for service and assistance
•  Problem Solving – Identifies and resolves problems time efficiently; Gathers and analyzes information; Develops solutions; Uses reason
•  Oral Communication – Speaks clearly; Listen and gets clarification when necessary; Responds informatively to questions
•  Maintain clean / safe work environment
•  Willing to Cross Train to other Departments
• Requirements:
•  Must be at least 21 years of age
•  Must be able to work weekends, evenings and holidays
•  Must be able to walk, bend and stand for long periods of time
•  Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
