We are a Wine Importer Company with a Distribution in New York and New Jersey. We are focusing in Latin-American wines and We have a very good reputation because we have a good prices an exceptional wines. This year, we are expanding our territories and we need more people for promote and sell our wines.! This year we are going to have more brands from more countries. Well, We would like to have Wine Sales Representative in our family company.
The Wine Sales Representative that can Increasing Sales for the brand portfolio through Outside Sales to customers in an assigned territory (NY, NJ and Westchester) by direct contact, and prospecting new accounts.
• This person must be willing to execute sales plans and special promotions towards the achievement of predetermined sales goals.
• This rep will also service customers with special wine deliveries on short notices, and other customer sales needs.
• Increase profit for the company, and see that profit come back in the form of commissions and bonuses.
Essential Functions
• Solicits sales in assigned accounts to achieve sales objectives as well as evaluate new business opportunities
• Develops and prospects new accounts that open in the assigned marketing area
• Introduces new wines, new promotions and provides additional marketing service to customers
• Work flexible hours which may include early morning, evenings and sometimes, weekends.
• Performs other related duties as assigned
• Manages Sales and account conditions via: Distribution, Displays, Warm Shelf, Cold Box, Pricing and POS.
Qualifications
• Two (2) years of experience wine sales, on premise and off premise accounts
• This job requires the ability to secure and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Strong communication skills with good verbal, persuasion, and writing ability.
• Ability to frequently lift and/or move 30 to 40 pound cases.
