Spirits & Craft Brand Specialist (Wine Jobs: Sales & Marketing)

Position overview:
Be the go to educational and technical resource to the salesforce for all things spirits. Develop and manage the OFD cocktail program highlighting portfolio brands. Work directly with sales teams to drive distribution and grow sales revenue through direct selling. Provide feedback to brand team on trends in the marketplace and portfolio needs. Work with brand manager to develop sales tools. Promote brands through tastings, promotions and special events. This is a field base position where you will be on the street daily selling and promoting the portfolio

Key responsibilities:
•  Achieve sales targets consistently in assigned territory and key accounts in both the On and Off Premise channels.
•  Grow existing business and identify new opportunities
•  Must be passionate about forming and growing relationships
•  Ability to make sales and educational presentations to large groups and 1 on 1.
•  Promote brands and support accounts through on site promotional activations.
•  Manage multiple tasks and responsibilities daily

Qualifications:
•  Bachelor’s Degree preferred
•  Prior wine and spirits or restaurant and hospitality experience preferred
•  A strong knowledge of multiple spirits categories and the innate desire and ability to learn more through
•  Self-starter with strong communication and interpersonal skills
•  Must be able to lift 40 pounds
•  Must have a valid Driver’s License 

Proficient in basic computer skills including Microsoft Office - Word, Excel and Power Point, CRM Software preferred
