Job Description:
We are a family owned winery located in Northern Sonoma County, producing quality estate wines, with an excellent reputation the wine industry. We are seeking a part-time sales representative to join our team. We are a small staff and are close in the entire winery and it is important our new team player work well within a unit. Our tasting room sales team sells our wine club, wine and tours our guests around our property. Most importantly, we share the Trione experience with each and every guest. As a team member, you will serve as a key role in providing guests with a world class tasting experience, the best customer service and hospitality. We would like individuals who are comfortable speaking to groups of all sizes and are eager to learn.
We are looking for an individual who is able to multitask and works well under the pressures of being busy with many guests, however, during down time, is able to file, clean, organize and continue their wine education behind the bar.
Hours of operation are Thursday to Monday; we are seeking a flexible candidate. Weekends a must. This position is part time behind the tasting bar with customers and some winery events.
Compensation is competitive: hourly plus tips, and sales & wine club commissions.

Job Requirements:
-Must be 21 years of age
-Must be able to lift 55 pounds
-Weekends mandatory
-Must be able to stand on feet for long periods of time
-Please have a Minimum of 1 year experience in the wine industry
-Professional Demeanor and excellent, attitude essential
-Must love people
-Must love to smile and laugh
-Attention to detail
-Flexible schedule and eager to work
-Be able to sell all wines and answer questions from guests
-Knowledge of the area and understanding of viticulture, wine making, and wine tasting a plus
but we will train the right person
-Must be able to use a computer/IPad
-Familiarity with Wine Direct software, a plus but not mandatory
