· Operate tractors and tractor implements to accomplish various vineyard practices such as mowing, spraying and trimming.
· Troubleshoot tractors and other vineyard equipment and perform light equipment maintenance and notify owners when equipment requires service or repair.
· Operate light equipment such as weed eaters, backpack sprayers and chain saws when necessary.
· Calibrate and use agricultural spray equipment and perform necessary adjustments.
· Apply canopy and herbicide sprays following established safety procedures and instruction.
· Follow safe operating systems and policies to safeguard personal safety, company property, environmental and team members’ safety.

Physical Requirements/Work Environment:
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks outdoors in varied weather conditions. Must be comfortable in inclement weather.
• Ability to repeatedly lift and carry 60 pounds.
