SakeOne (www.sakeone.com) is a craft sake producer and importer based in Forest Grove, Oregon. It produces Oregon craft sake under the Momokawa, Moonstone, and G brands; and imports fine Japanese sake under the Hakutsuru, Murai Family, Kasumi Tsuru, Kibo, SakeMoto and Yoshinogawa brands. Its products are distributed throughout key markets in North America, South America, and the Caribbean islands.

Working directly with brand management influencers and key support functions, this position will be instrumental in effectively representing both the corporate and brand voices via social media and all digital channels to consumers and to the trade. The focus of the role will be to increase brand awareness, improve consumer engagement, educate consumers on saké, drive initial purchase and repeat purchases and build brand loyalty. 

Responsibilities include:

The Digital Marketing role will work to initiate and execute digital efforts to support internal corporate and brand initiatives. You will oversee digital projects from inception to completion to post-project analysis:

•  Develop and manage digital marketing efforts across the company website(s), advertising, email campaigns and social media

•  Assist in the planning of, and execute monthly and annual digital marketing plans to ensure consistent digital engagement

•  Continually collect and communicate corporate and brand information via digital channels (e.g. media, awards, events, sponsorships)

•  Ensure digital messaging is on-brand and relevant across multiple channels

•  Participate in website planning and development, and update all website content as needed

•  Keep up-to-date on digital strategies, especially in the alcohol beverage and craft industries

•  Ensure that digital marketing activities meet beverage alcohol legal requirements

•  Analyze and report on digital strategy to gauge performance effectiveness

•  Manage and execute social media during events and PR functions

•  Manage donation requests and fulfillment

Requirements:

•  Creative, innovative ability to craft clever and effective social media posts

•  Collaborative team member, able to work well with internal personnel and external agencies to successfully manage multiple projects and meet digital marketing objectives

•  Experience analyzing and reporting on digital marketing metrics and website statistics to optimize campaign performance, establish benchmarks and create best practices. 

•  Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Qualifications:

•  Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration. 

•  3 - 5 years' digital or interactive marketing experience, preferably in the beverage alcohol industry. 

•  A thorough understanding of digital advertising and media industry trends/developments as well as social media. Ability to apply this knowledge to corporate and brand initiatives. 

•  Digital or interactive marketing agency experience is a plus. 

•  Strong working knowledge of, and experience with various web/digital technologies, platforms and usability practices to deliver an exceptional online consumer experience. 

•  Strong analytical, data interpretation and critical thinking skills. 

•  Advanced writing skills with a keen attention to detail.

Reporting and Location

**This position reports to the Director of Marketing and will be located in Forest Grove, OR at the saké brewery offices for up to 12 months then will relocate to new sales and marketing offices in Portland, OR.**
