Senior Manager - Commercial Operations  

Mission

This position will report to the VP, Americas Strategy, Commercial Operations & Revenue Growth Management with significant exposure to the Sales Leadership across the U.S. Market.

Managerial & Leadership Responsibilities

  • Work with Commercial Operations & Field Sales Leadership to manage and develop personnel into a best-in-class business support resource
  • Work with leadership to design and implement vision and expectations for broader team to drive consistency in our “ways of working” across the department
  • Manage a team of 3-4 to deliver Commercial Operations objectives

Direct Contributor Objectives & Activities

  • Assist and support Sales Leadership in building an integrated and aligned Commercial Plan
  • Support the regular Internal & External Business Review Cadence against our key performance indicators and drivers
  • Liaison and collaborate with all Commercial Stakeholders and Cross-Functional Business Partners to drive value and synergies within the business.
  • Lead the process around the management and reconciliation of all market level funding in partnership with Sales, the Distributor, and Finance.
  • Embrace and assist with change management efforts around our technology and reporting infrastructure and assist in driving the adoption and optimization of these platforms.

Desired Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Business Administration.
  • MBA and/or CPA
  • Minimum 3-5 years of financial, sales, and/or marketing analysis experience.
  • Experience with consumer products in one of the following preferred: Spirits, Beer, Wine, Beverage, and Foods categories.
  • Ability to lead and develop a team
  • Ability to influence and build relationships with cross-functional counterparts and senior-level stakeholders
  • Ability to quickly come up to speed with our internal applications and systems.
  • Must have strong analytical, Excel, and general computer skills.
  • Ability to extract, manipulate, mine, and analyze data for key insights.
  • Ability to conceptualize and think creatively.
  • Interact extensively with commercial business, finance management and staff, requiring excellent teamwork, strong communication skills and effective interpretation and presentation of financial information.
