Regional Sales Manager
Job Overview
Tonnellerie Radoux USA is looking for a highly motivated and competitive sales manager to develop sales strategies and attract new clients in the Central Valley and Northern California
The ideal candidate will have a knowledge of barrels and/or oak adjuncts sales and relationships in the wine industry.
The successful candidate will play a key role in increasing income and revenue by managing and negotiating with clients, generating leads, qualifying prospects and managing sales of products and services.
Desired Qualifications
· Proven sales experience
· Home office experience
· Mobile and independent with good organization of travel, self-motivated and driven
· Track record of over-achieving quota
· Experience working with CRM software, Excel, computer use competency
· Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management
· Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
· Ideally based in or near Napa County
Primary Job Functions
· Maintain and expand client database within your assigned territory
· Forecast sales, develop “out of the box” sales strategies/models
· “Get the sale” using various customer sales methods (door-to-door, cold calling, presentations, etc.)
· Evaluate customer skills and needs, build productive long-lasting relationships
· Meet personal and team sales targets
· Attend meetings, sales events and trainings to keep abreast of the latest developments
· Customer Service – ability to talk with a diverse set of clients to ensure a positive client
relationship
· Report and provide feedback to management using financial statistical data
