A background showcasing exceptional customer service is preferred along with selling high quality wines.
Who we are:
A Flaneur is, quite simply, a leisurely wanderer, a worldly explorer, a connoisseur of life. The word, hailing from 19th-century France, captures the idea that the mind functions best at a slow pace, and that curiosity can uncover a life of significance. At Flaneur Wines we live by the idea that some of the best things in life are uncovered without intention, and that life-like a good wine-should be enjoyed and appreciated. Flaneur Wines organically dry-farms 44 acres of estate vineyards across the Chehalem Mts. and Ribbon Ridge AVA's. We grow Pinot Meunier, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Gamay, Aligote and Gruner Veltliner have recently been planted. All of our wines are made with minimal intervention and in the most hands off approach as possible, never having a specific recipe but rather showcasing the vintage and place.
