Part-Time Sales Associate (Wine Jobs: Wine Retail & Sommelier)

Dominio IV is looking to add an enthusiastic and dynamic individual to the family with a flexible schedule. We are happy to work with you to make something work in your existing schedule.

Qualifications: - First and foremost, great customer service. Tasting experiences should be conducted with consistent enthusiasm and interactive, but casual conversation. - Being a team player is a must. We all work together to create an environment that we, and the guests alike, enjoy. If something needs done, we are all excited to help each other out. - Great communication skills via: phone, email, letters and in person. - Knowledgeably describing the Dominio IV story and background with every guest. Lead the conversation, and keep our guests focused on the message. - Arriving to work in a timely manner with a positive attitude. We have an espresso machine that certainly helps with that. ;-) - Must be willing to do the less glamorous work such watering, cleaning, wine runs, etc... - Have a passion for the wine that we produce, and for exceling and growing the D4 wine club as well as continuing to build our good reputation in the valley. - Conducting yourself with professionalism both at and outside of work. - Have or find the answer to any and every question a guest may have regarding D4. - Must be able to work consistently and some evenings/events. - Opening and closing procedures must be conducted timely and effectively. - Applicants must be at least 21 years of age with a valid OLCC card and have reliable transportation. - The ability to stand or work for long periods of time, as well as lift 50 lbs.
