The Opportunity

We are seeking a talented National Accounts Manager to join our team based in The San Francisco Bay area, California. This is a newly created position ready for you to put your stamp on. 

  • You will be responsible for driving sales growth with targeted retail national account customers in a portfolio.
  • You will develop and maintain strong and mutually rewarding business relationships with targeted buyers, category managers, distributors and other relevant contacts.
  • You will assist with the development of annual business plans and drive Delegat's distribution and promotion goals according to strategy.
  • You will support with category management and analysis, and turn insights into commercially competitive customer proposals.

About you

  • You will bring 5+ years of industry experience in managing retail key accounts
  • You will have exposure to the wine and beverage industry and a strong affinity for wine so you can articulate wine styles credibly in a commercial context
  • You will have demonstrated distributor collaboration and management experience
  • You will have outstanding interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • You have strong attention to detail and the ability to influence effective outcomes based on sound reasoning and advice
  • Achieves high standards of work, demonstrating attention to detail, perseverance, commitment and initiative within scope of authority
