The Operations Manager is responsible for Vineyard Management, Winery and Cellar Operations, and other General Maintenance Duties.
Skills required:
- High School Diploma and/or Viticulture degree/experience
- Knowledge of or previous experience with winemaking practices
- Forklift certification/experience
- Ability to operate tractors, chainsaws and other equipment
- Must be willing to work evenings and weekends as necessary
- Must be wiling to submit to background check as permitted by law
