Events and Sales Coordinator Job responsibilities

We are looking for an individual with unstoppable energy, creativity, positive attitude, flexible, cooperative, agreeable, disciplined with an excellent ability to communicate clearly and concisely, organized, reliable, adaptable, attentive to detail and self-motivated to pursue knowledge.

As part of our Marketing team you will:

Work with a team: Executive Marketing and Admin Assistant, Social media and digital marketing specialist, Tasting Room Manager and Operations Key Holders and Wine Club Coordinators.
Report to General Manager
Ensure brand message is being used across all channels during onsite and offsite events
Ensure brand guidelines are being followed on events printed materials
Develops event plans for all onsite events and executes critical /special ones, including budget preparation and after event P&Ls
Works actively with Wine Club team, Tasting Room team and Marketing team to create new events
Ensure Tasting Room decor is seasonally appropriate
Recommend point of sale displays and materials
Make recommendations to management to improve and enhance Lost Oak’s events and sales efforts
Collaborate to develop an advertising strategy and ensure the budget is adhered to
Take off site event / festival inquiries and determine if it’s a suitable fit for the winery, coordinate staff and operations for offsite events.
Train offsite team
Develop agenda for monthly sales and events team meetings.
Actively participate on Wine Club planning meetings
Receive, process and decide on all fundraisers & donations.
Represent Lost Oak winery in all Outreach duties, building relationships and networking.
Establish and maintain all B2B relationships
Explore new, unique off site sales opportunities as they fit with the vision of the company
Recommend and seek out new guerilla marketing opportunities
Contact with Prospecting clients as well as receiving feedback from existing ones (Post sale data ).
Finalize booked programs, offer facility site visits to clients, documents telephone inquiries, and mail informational materials.
Manages all wine competition entries
Collaborate with HR in the design and execution of training and onboarding where appropriate
Work with Marketing director to Develops sales and customer retention process
Actively participate in training and development programs and maximize opportunities for self-development.
All other activities related to Sales and Events determined by Management.

What you need to bring :
Proven admin or assistant experience
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and planning skills
Proficient in Google applications
Strong Team player
