Rooftop Reds is the world's first commercially viable rooftop vineyard and NYC's only commercial vineyard; We are located in the Brooklyn Navy Yard.
About the position:
- Scheduling 5-10 tastings per week
- Scheduling 2-4 in store tastings per month
- 1 week of training at our production facility during 2018 harvest
- Drafting and managing Square invoices for all orders
- Coordinating deliveries for all orders with a third party courier
- Approaching new accounts while simultaneously following up with buyers and maintaining existing accounts
- Managing SevenFifty inventory and account
About the successful candidate:
- Wine industry knowledge & previous wine sales experience preferred
- Comfortable with cold calls to potential clients
- Proactive & aggressive approach to sales
- Extremely detail oriented and organized
- Must be okay with working occasional nights and weekends
- Must be able to lift and carry 40lbs comfortably
