Peppinos is a growing Wine store located in Bayridge, Brooklyn we are seeking a qualified, responsible and motivated Full time Customer Service/ Manager to work closely with owner to manage the business operations of the store and provide excellent customer experience. Individual will work closely with store owner to learn the day-to-day operations of the store and be expected to maintain the full business operations of store.
Responsibilities:
-Open/close store as needed and manage store opening and closing procedures
-Engage with customers, providing personable customer service and product knowledge as needed
-Operate front-end POS (point of sales) system for accurate processing of all customer purchases
-Maintain accurate records of store inventory and assist store owner in preparing purchase orders from wholesalers
-Coordinate wholesale deliveries and allocate merchandise replenishment to stock room/front-end shelves as required
Requirements
-Ability to allocate wholesale inventories throughout the store and move boxes up to 50lbs
-Strong knowledge of wine and liquors
-Manage a staff of 3 employees
