Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing territories, and building strong relationships with clients. This role requires a proactive approach to sales, with a focus on both inside and outside sales strategies. The Sales Representative will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by effectively analyzing market trends and upselling products to existing accounts.

Responsibilities

Generate new leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, and cold approaches.
Conduct thorough market analysis to identify potential customers and understand competitive positioning.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective account management practices.
Utilize upselling techniques to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales volume.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to the needs of prospective clients.
Track sales activities and report on performance metrics regularly to ensure targets are met.

Qualifications

Proven experience in direct sales, or inside/outside sales roles is preferred.
Strong skills in lead generation and territory management are essential for success in this position.
Excellent analytical abilities to assess market trends and customer needs effectively.
Demonstrated proficiency in account management with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively, both verbally and in writing.
Self-motivated with a strong drive for results and a commitment to achieving goals.
A positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to learn are key attributes for this role.
