La Petite Maison Boston is looking for a Lead Sommelier who can bring knowledge, warmth, and precision to the floor — and set the standard for the team around them.

You'll be responsible for delivering LPM's wine service with confidence, guiding guests through a list built around the South of France and the Mediterranean. Serious wine, served without pretension.

What You'll Be Responsible For

  • Execute wine service to LPM's standards, engaging guests along the way
  • Guide guests to the right bottle and pair with confidence
  • Set the standard for consistency and execution on the floor during service
  • Share wine knowledge with the sommelier and wider FOH team
  • Support cellar organization and stock rotation
  • Handle POS and cash operations accurately

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 4 years in F&B (sommelier, bar, or food service background)
  • At least 2 years in a high-end restaurant, with wine service as a core part of the role
  • Strong wine knowledge and genuine passion for wine
