The Group Les Grands Chais de France, first French exporter of wines and spirits, is present in the majority of the French wine-producing regions. The Group realizes more than 75 % of its turnover in the export.
The group strengthens its Commercial team and recruits a Key Account Manager in New England for Advantage International Dist, its US importing Subsidiary based in Florida.
Job description:
You have to develop the volume and the turnover of the brands and properties of the Group Les Grands Chais de France on your area.
Main missions and responsibilities:
• Supporting the wholesalers
• Defining programming and incentives according to strategy
• Working with wholesalers representatives and sales managers
• Launching new products
• Tracking depletions and placements per sku
• Analyze competitors, understand the shelf of the customer, detect "gaps" (missing products), and define the price positioning
• Develop solutions corresponding to customer needs
• Build qualitative and long-term relations with your customers: identify the interlocutors, master the decision circuit
• Manage the relation with customers: agreement, referencing, promotional means, administrative and budgetary follow-up
• Monitor reporting and dashboards (reporting directly to US Sales Director)
Profile:
• Require a BA degree and minimum of 3-5 years of relevant selling experience within the wines and spirits on export markets
• Experience with pricing, programming and distributor management
• Good wine knowledge and european culture open-mindness
• Proven expertise in interpersonal and relationship building skills is required
• Must be self-motivated and able to work with a general level of autonomy and independence
• Comfortable with IT tools and Office Pack, the candidate masters particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ideal French / English bilinguism
This role requires significant travel.
