A perfect day in the life of our Area Directors is a barrel tasting in the morning with a winemaker, lunch with a winemaker, a barrel tasting in the afternoon with a winemaker, and then dinner with a winemaker.

Very few will believe you when you say this is hard work, but it is…..and it also might be your dream job.

We allow for flexible working hours and an entrepreneurial environment.

Oftentimes, the more fun you are having with winemakers the more successful our business becomes. Ultimately, you get to work with great people and teammates who care about you and your future.
