Cooper Mountain Vineyards is seeking dedicated winemaking team members for the 2018 Harvest

We are a well established Organic and Biodynamics Winery owning and managing four vineyards specializing on Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Pinot Gris, Gamay and Tocai Friulano. We produce a wide range of wines with plenty of small batches.
We are a small winemaking team, so you will be working directly with the winemaker. Those selected will be fully trained in our standard operating procedures and will participate in all aspects of winemaking from grape to bottle. 

The Primary duties will be:
- Vineyard sampling;
- Sanitation;
- Sort fruit, punch downs, monitoring fermentations;
- All aspects of barrel works;
- Racking, topping, transferring juices and wines from tanks/barrels;
- Record keeping;
- Basic Laboratory work: Brix, TA, pH, RS, Chromatography;

The ideal candidates must have:
- A valid permit to work in US;
- A valid driver license and have your own transportation;
- Professionalism and dedication to quality;
- Positive attitude and being passionate about vineyards and wines;
- Able to repeatedly lift 50 pounds;
- Ability to accurately follow, complete and record written and verbal instructions;
- Great sense of humor;
- Being able to work long hours and 7 days/week at the peak of the period.
