Candidate must be and have

• Presently Employed in a Bar, Cocktail Lounge or Restaurant
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
• Requires availability to work evenings and on weekends
• Ability to lift 60 lbs
• We are looking for someone who is extremely knowledgeable about spirits, beer and hard cider.
• Must have a network within the bartending/mixology community in Boston and its surrounding suburbs.
• Should be a great communicator with strong interpersonal skills demonstrated by an ability to cultivate strong relationships with accounts, suppliers and Ruby employees. 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel is required as well as the ability to put together professional presentations. 
• Successful candidates must be detail-oriented and organized to be able to provide timely and accurate reporting, and will need excellent time management skills. 
• Self-starters with a positive “can do” attitude who are resourceful and creative, and who can think of new and unique ideas and ways to succeed, will thrive in this position.

Job Description:

• Run a list of accounts on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis
• Service existing accounts and generate new accounts
• Cultivate relationships in the on-premise community
• Plan and conduct educational sales presentations
• Plan and conduct spirit, cider and beer seminars
• Provide excellent customer service
• Execute and achieve sales goals
• Grow Ruby’s spirit, cider and beer business
• The salary is commensurate with candidate’s experience and the work load.
