Job Description:

Wine Empire, fine wine & craft beer boutique located in Ashland MA, is looking for a dynamic, passionate, open minded, team player sales associate to work full & par time positions, week-day and weekend shifts. As Retail Wine & Beer Associate you are responsible for providing an exceptional customer service experience while driving sales. Our employees receive on-the-job training about wine, craft beer and related products. They will taste and learn about hundreds of wines & beers, will meet winemakers, suppliers & distributors to sell to great & knowledgeable customers. The sales associate will have an opportunity to get internal promotions & rewards for those motivated and talented with additional responsibilities & roles within the company.

Job specifications include but not limited to:

• Must be 21 years old;
• Must be able to work legally in the US (citizen or green card holder);
• Working & maintaining inventory;
• Assist Wine Director with scheduling events & tastings;
• Promote, setup, and administer in store wine & beer events;
• World class customer service skills and be a team player, with a flexible schedule;
• Maintain standards set forward by the Company;
• Possess great communication & organizational skills;
• Professional & charismatic;
• Availability to work on weekends;
• Ability to lift object weighing up to 45 lbs;
• Positive attitude, self motivated, polite, energetic and a willing learner.

A working knowledge of wine & beer is preferred, but not required. 
Salary will be commensurate based on experience.
